現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工，不論甲方、施工單位、監(jiān)理等，所有質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，特別是鋼筋上面的，我們都會(huì)拿依據(jù)來(lái)說(shuō)話，依據(jù)從何而來(lái)，圖紙、圖集、規(guī)范以及編制通過(guò)的施工方案。當(dāng)然各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的圖紙和施工方案是不一樣的，不可同日而語(yǔ)。今天就主要說(shuō)說(shuō)大部分地區(qū)都通用的《建筑施工手冊(cè)》和《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工規(guī)范》中關(guān)于鋼筋網(wǎng)交叉點(diǎn)是否要滿扎來(lái)說(shuō)說(shuō)。

一、建筑施工手冊(cè)

1、 Construction Manual

（1）、《建筑施工手冊(cè)》第四篇、第四節(jié)中關(guān)于鋼筋綁扎規(guī)定內(nèi)容如下：

(1) The provisions on steel bar binding in Chapter IV and Section IV of building construction manual are as follows:

①、鋼筋的交點(diǎn)須用鐵絲扎牢。

① . the intersection point of the reinforcement shall be firmly fixed with iron wire.

②、板和墻的鋼筋網(wǎng)片，除靠外圍兩行鋼筋的相交點(diǎn)全部扎牢外，中間部分的相交點(diǎn)可相隔交錯(cuò)扎牢，但要保證受力鋼筋不發(fā)生位移。雙向受力的鋼筋網(wǎng)片，須全部扎牢。

② Except that the intersection points of two lines of steel bars on the periphery are all fastened, the intersection points of the middle part can be staggered and fastened, but the stressed steel bars shall not be displaced. The two-way stressed steel mesh shall be firmly fastened.

（2）、《建筑施工手冊(cè)》第二十一篇、第四節(jié)中關(guān)于鋼筋綁扎規(guī)定內(nèi)容如下：除柱鋼筋和梁鋼筋中的主筋采用焊接接頭外，其余受力筋和箍筋均采用綁扎連接。鋼筋綁扎采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)綁扎，用20號(hào)鐵絲。柱、梁箍筋與受力鋼筋垂直設(shè)置，箍筋彎鉤疊合處，應(yīng)沿受力鋼筋方向錯(cuò)開(kāi)設(shè)置。板及整澆層的鋼筋網(wǎng)外圍兩行鋼筋交點(diǎn)應(yīng)每點(diǎn)綁扎牢固，中間部分的相交點(diǎn)可相隔交錯(cuò)扎牢，但要保證受力鋼筋不致產(chǎn)生位移。總之，綁扎時(shí)要做到：鋼筋位置準(zhǔn)確，綁扎牢固，鋼筋接頭位置，搭接長(zhǎng)度，保護(hù)層厚度等符合要求，并嚴(yán)格按圖施工。

(2) In the 21st and 4th sections of the building construction manual, the provisions on steel bar binding are as follows: except that the main steel bars in the column steel bars and beam steel bars are welded joints, the rest of the stressed steel bars and stirrups are bound and connected. The reinforcement shall be bound on site with No. 20 iron wire. The column and beam stirrups shall be set vertically with the stressed steel bars, and the stirrup hook overlap shall be staggered along the direction of the stressed steel bars. The intersection points of two lines of reinforcement around the slab and the whole casting layer shall be bound firmly at each point, and the intersection points of the middle part can be staggered and fastened, but the stressed reinforcement shall not be displaced. In a word, when binding, it is necessary to ensure that the position of the reinforcement is accurate, the binding is firm, the position of the reinforcement joint, the overlapping length, the thickness of the protective layer, etc. meet the requirements, and the construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the drawings.

二、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工規(guī)范

2、 Code for construction of concrete structure engineering

混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工規(guī)范底5.4.9中規(guī)定如下：鋼筋綁扎的細(xì)部構(gòu)造應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

5.4.9 of the code for construction of concrete structures stipulates as follows: the detailed structure of steel bar binding shall meet the following requirements:

①、鋼筋的綁扎搭接接頭應(yīng)在接頭和兩端用鐵絲扎牢；

① . the binding lap joint of reinforcement shall be firmly bound with iron wire at the center and both ends of the joint;

②、墻、柱、梁鋼筋骨架中各垂直面鋼筋網(wǎng)交叉點(diǎn)應(yīng)全部扎牢；板上部鋼筋

② The intersection points of the reinforcing mesh on each vertical plane in the reinforcement skeleton of the wall, column and beam shall be firmly fastened; the upper reinforcement of the slab

網(wǎng)的交叉點(diǎn)應(yīng)全部扎牢，底部鋼筋網(wǎng)除邊緣部分外可間隔交錯(cuò)扎牢；

All intersections of the mesh shall be firmly fastened, and the bottom reinforcement mesh can be staggered and fastened at intervals except for the edge part;

綜上所述個(gè)人覺(jué)得只有板底部鋼筋鋼筋存在間隔交錯(cuò)綁扎（且是單向板），剪力墻墻的鋼筋網(wǎng)片是雙向受力，因此剪力墻墻筋也應(yīng)滿扎。其余部位都不可以。

To sum up, I think that only the reinforcement at the bottom of the slab is alternately bound (and it is a one-way slab), and the reinforcement mesh of the shear wall wall is under two-way stress, so the shear wall reinforcement should also be fully bound. No other parts.
